Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end ICT system development and maintenance projects. The role requires delivering projects within scope, cost, timeline, and quality while managing stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on experience across at least one full project development life cycle.
• Strong planning, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multi-million SGD budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT system development and maintenance projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and implementation strategies.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Lead stakeholder, communication and change management activities.
• Manage external service providers, vendors and contracts.
• Oversee service quality, SLAs, system maintenance and enhancements.
• Manage ICT funding, budgeting and procurement activities.
• Drive procurement lifecycle including specifications, evaluation and contracting.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security and quality policies.
• Manage project costs, change requests and service requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, timeline and quality.

Experience: 7+ Years of Relevant IT Project Management

Budget: Up to SGD 12,700/month all-inclusive
