Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cloud migration initiatives from planning to cutover and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and decision points.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, platform, security, and application teams to ensure migration readiness.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints early in the lifecycle.
• Facilitate readiness reviews to assess migration readiness and mitigation plans.
• Lead analysis of delivery issues and schedule variance to identify root causes and improvements.
• Incorporate corrective actions and lessons learned into future migration planning and execution.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive complex projects that require close cross-departmental coordination, such as cloud infrastructure migration and system architecture upgrades.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and drive, along with solid structured thinking, risk identification, and problem-solving skills, and can effectively coordinate across different teams to achieve project delivery goals.

Requires sufficient technical fluency to engage in engineering discussions, translate project goals into actionable roadmaps, and drive cross-functional delivery across Infrastructure, Application Development, and Data Platform teams

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of cloud migration initiatives, from initial planning and readiness assessment through cutover and stabilization.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain clear project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and key decision points.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, infrastructure, platform, security, and application teams to ensure migration readiness and alignment across workstreams.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage risks, cross-team dependencies, and potential delivery constraints early in the project lifecycle.
• Readiness Reviews: Facilitate regular reviews to assess migration readiness, address emerging issues, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
• Issue & Schedule Analysis: Lead structured analysis of delivery issues and schedule variance to identify underlying contributing factors and improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure corrective actions and lessons learned are incorporated into future migration planning and execution.
