Job summary

SCIENTE is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT operations, maintenance, and ensure timely project delivery aligned with contractual and customer requirements. The role covers governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, manage plans, budgets, risks, and collaborate with Scrum Master, Technical Manager, and Solution Architect to deliver integration, deployment, and change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management across applications, infrastructure, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of application development, infrastructure, and IT security.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from planning to delivery.
• Experience with PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement complex applications and solution architectures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and manage overall project governance.
• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and repositories.
• Manage project budget, costs, procurement activities, subcontractors, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain risk and issue logs.
• Track project progress, SLAs, manpower effort, and budget performance.
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports, conduct review meetings, and deliver ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Technical Manager, and Solution Architect on delivery, integration, deployment, and change management.
