Qualifikationen

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with SharePoint administration and customization.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for management presentations.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense for reporting and dashboards.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to improve processes and budget management workflows.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Track budget utilization, analyze variances, and provide insights through data analytics and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate financial records, update systems, and ensure timely processing of procurement, vendor payments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders on budget matters, financial reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Support administrative functions including data entry, e-filing, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
• Develop SOPs, HOTO documentation, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with audit, financial governance, and asset capitalization requirements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and proactively track outstanding financial and accounting items to closure.
