Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Finance/Budget Analyst for full-time, onsite work in Singapore. The role focuses on budgeting, reporting, and dashboard development using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting/Business, with strong Excel skills and experience in data visualization tools. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing management presentations and reports.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration and content management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts for timely financial reporting.
• Perform budget variance analysis and provide recommendations for budget management.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports highlighting spending trends and insights.
• Maintain financial records including purchase orders, invoices, and expenditure data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support payments, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and updates ensuring data integrity and governance compliance.
• Support asset accounting by maintaining records and reconciliations.
• Coordinate meetings and manage project documentation and SOPs to improve efficiency.
