NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Budget Analyst/Finance Data Specialist to support project budgets, procurement, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with project managers and vendors, maintain budget dashboards, and ensure timely updates across systems to drive accurate financial insights.

Key responsibilities include variance analysis, data visualization, and continuous improvement of budgeting workflows while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with SharePoint page creation, List customization and site permissions management.
• Skilled in creating management presentations using PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense for dashboards.
• Fast learner with ability to rapidly pick up new tools and processes.
• Willing to take initiative to improve budget management and workflows.
• Open to training and guiding others.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop detailed budget reports at regular intervals.
• Align budget planning with project scope, timeline and deliverables.
• Update budgeting systems and spreadsheets daily/weekly/monthly to capture budget and expenditure.
• Analyze actual expenses versus budgeted amounts and generate periodic management reports.
• Identify variance reasons for budget forecasts on a quarterly basis.
• Develop visualizations of financial data to convey trends and insights for management reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely goods receipt and track vendor payments within the financial year.
• Maintain comprehensive SOPs and Handover-Takeover documentation.
