Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for System Maintenance in Singapore to oversee maintenance, IT operations, and service delivery across technology initiatives. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure reliable system performance.

The role requires extensive experience in IT project management, system maintenance, and service delivery, with emphasis on uptime, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, System Maintenance, IT Operations or Service Delivery.
• Experience overseeing vendor management, budgets, risks and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end system maintenance and operational support activities.
• Ensure system uptime, availability, and service performance.
• Manage vendors, maintenance contracts, and service providers.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, incidents and service delivery performance.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and technology refresh initiatives.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• Manage project budgets, risks, change requests, and resource utilization.
• Prepare project reports, status updates and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Support procurement, governance and contract management processes.
