Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a procurement role focusing on IT hardware. You will compare supplier quotes, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. You will build supplier relationships and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business admin or IT and at least 2 years of procurement experience in IT. The position is based at Bugis/Suntec with a 5-day workweek and a balance-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or IT.
• 2 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience in IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• RFQ and price/service level comparison to qualify suppliers.
• Negotiate contract prices and payment terms with supplier.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for IT hardware products.
• Ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain rapport with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary Offered Range: $3500 + Up to 3.5 Month Variable Bonus each year

Working Location: Bugis / Suntec

5 Days (Monday to Friday – 9.00AM – 6.00PM)

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing in IT Sector preferred
