Job summary

Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore (Bugis) is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage IT hardware procurement, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Procurement or related field, with 2+ years of procurement experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in IT.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, products and services is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for IT hardware, equipment and related services.
• Obtain and compare quotations, pricing, specifications and delivery terms.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Build relationships with suppliers and resolve delivery or product-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
