Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an IT procurement analyst in the Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS) to manage end-to-end sourcing, tendering, supplier onboarding, and contract administration within the e-Procurement system.

The role emphasizes procurement data analytics with Power BI, KPI dashboards, supplier scorecards, and system support to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field with at least 2 years of procurement experience.
• Degree holders with relevant analytics, reporting or system support experience will be considered.
• Experience with SAP Ariba e-Procurement or SAP ERP is preferred.
• Experience using Power BI and low-code tools is preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to handle high volume during peak periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve e-Procurement system issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including ITQ/ITTs, negotiations, awards and PO issuance.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, tender documents, and multi-year contract management in the e-Procurement system.
• Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders and SMU Legal on deviations to standard terms.
• Develop procurement analytics, dashboards and KPIs to support decision making.
• Support system troubleshooting and UAT for enhancements and new functionality.
