Job summary

The Central Procurement Office at Kent Ridge Campus in Singapore seeks an Analytics & Assurance support role. You will work with the Senior Business Analyst on front-end data analytics, dashboard development, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement to support procurement operations and management decisions.

Responsibilities include designing Power BI dashboards, spend analysis, automation with Power Automate, and exploring AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field as listed in the qualifications section.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or process automation.
• Candidates with stronger relevant experience may be considered for appointment at Manager level.
• Experience in procurement, finance, operations, or compliance analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dashboarding, reporting and insights for procurement KPIs and operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for procurement KPIs, operational metrics, and management reporting.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements for business and management needs.
• Spend analysis and data support: analyse procurement and spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Validate, cleanse, and prepare data to improve reporting quality and reliability.
• Generate insights to support planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making.
• Automation and workflow improvement: design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through digitalisation.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting and operational workflows.
• AI-assisted projects and innovation: participate in pilot projects and implement practical AI use cases in procurement operations.
