Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with Windows OS, printing systems and computer hardware.
• Familiar with AD, DNS, DHCP, and shared file servers.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) and VPN connectivity.
• Basic virtualization knowledge (e.g., VMware).
• Experience with backup procedures and data recovery basics.
• Familiar with endpoint security and patching processes.
• Hands-on experience with meeting/conference room technologies.
• Ability to work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows systems; manage printers and hardware.
• Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices, email and security configurations.
• Support and maintain conference room AV systems and video conferencing hardware.
• Support collaboration services including Zoom and Teams; on-site and remote assistance as needed.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot in-house applications and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Diagnose email and mail-flow issues; assist users with application issues and updates.
• Assist with server room maintenance, network equipment, and basic monitoring.
• Escalate complex infrastructure issues to senior engineers or external vendors.
