Job summary

Ang Mo Kio Town Council is hiring an IT Executive to deliver day‑to‑day IT support and operations across the organisation. You will be the frontline for end‑user IT issues, maintain user accounts, devices and software, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure, timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, OS and apps.
• Manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, printers and peripherals.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs and user guides.
