Job summary

MCAS is seeking an Executive Officer – IT to provide day-to-day IT support, manage user access, and maintain our IT infrastructure in Singapore. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software and network issues, while ensuring secure and reliable services for staff and stakeholders.

You will monitor performance, support cybersecurity measures, coordinate with vendors and help implement IT systems and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience in technical support, systems administration or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows desktop/endpoint support and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and authorised users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Respond to IT incidents, prioritise by impact, escalate when necessary and document all work.
• Manage user accounts and access requests and routine IT administration.
• Support administration and maintenance of servers, endpoints, networks and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, perform health checks and assist with upgrades.
• Assist with cybersecurity measures, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup monitoring and testing.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers to resolve operational issues and follow up on requests.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
• Develop and update SOPs, user guides and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Assist in implementing, testing and deploying IT systems and digital solutions.
