Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an ICT Operations Support Engineer to join our client-facing team. You will handle day-to-day ICT administration, service requests, and ensure compliance with WOG standards within Singapore's government ICT environment.

You will work with MS 365, Entra ID, and collaboration tools, coordinate with vendors, monitor SLAs, and contribute to governance and security. The role offers development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and exposure to critical

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
Minimum 2 years in IT operations, IT administration, service management, or infrastructure support.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
Experience with vendors and MSPs.
Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.

Responsibilities

Raise, track, and manage ICT service requests, incidents, and support activities.
Coordinate with government agencies, MSPs, and vendors to meet SLAs.
Review requests, approvals, and fulfilment evidence.
Monitor backlog and escalate as needed.
Administer Microsoft 365 services and user access.
