Job summary

STRIP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Frontline Technical Support specialist to act as the initial responder for critical IT incidents (P1) and to minimize disruption with timely resolutions.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software across laptops, printers, POS systems, CCTV, and network gear, and provide user support for F&B and Beauty Group IT matters as assigned. You will document issue resolutions clearly in JIRA to share knowledge, and assist with system maintenance and security

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field required.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, Google Workspace, and Zoom Phone.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to P1 IT incidents as the first line of support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, printers, POS, CCTV, and network gear.
• Provide IT support for F&B and Beauty Group tasks as assigned.
• Maintain system monitoring, backups, and security compliance.
• Document resolutions and fixes in JIRA for knowledge sharing.
• Manage user accounts and access per security policies.
• Perform on-site outlet support and remote support for overseas teams.
