Job summary

ES Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Singaporean for a 1-year contract as a Comcenter Operations Level 1 Operator at Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre SATCC Changi, 60 Biggin Hill Road, Singapore 509950. The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts with day/night coverage.

The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 4,500, with additional shift allowances and a potential one-month completion bonus subject to performance and PM recommendation.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE in IT, telecommunications or related field.
• Experience in system monitoring or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting tools.
• Effective communication for coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Level 1 AMHS/related systems during shifts.
• Follow SOPs to handle alerts and first-level incidents.

Seeking Singaporean to join us for a 1 year contract under agency payroll

Work Location: Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre SATCC Changi (60 Biggin Hill Road, Singapore 509950)

Basic salary up to $4500
Working Hours: 12 hour rotating shift
Shift allowance: $10/day and $22/night shift
Upon end of contract, 1 month completion bonus subject to performance & PM recommendation

The Comcenter Operations Level 1 Operator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day AMHS operations, performing fault rectification, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves working in 12-hour shifts, preparing log reports, and consolidating monthly performance reports to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

1. Operations and Monitoring

• Perform Level 1 operational tasks, including monitoring systems and equipment for abnormalities.
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage alerts and resolve first-level incidents.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 teams or appropriate personnel.

2. Fault Rectification

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system faults and technical issues.
• Apply corrective measures to restore normal operations within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring or critical issues.

3. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate and detailed operational log reports during shifts.
• Consolidate and prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing key operational metrics, fault trends, and resolutions.

4. Communication and Coordination

• Act as a point of contact during operational shifts for updates, escalations, and notifications.
• Ensure seamless handover of duties and information between shifts.

5. Compliance and Standards

• Adhere to organizational and regulatory standards for system operations and fault management.
• Participate in periodic reviews and audits of operational processes.

Requirements

• Locals (Required to clear CAT2 project clearance and Pre-employment check)
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
• Prior experience in system monitoring, operations, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage
• Minimum ITE Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting tools.
• Effective communication skills for coordination and reporting.
