Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites IT graduates to join as Systems Executive on an immediate 1-year project at Changi Airport.

You will provide operational support to the system infrastructure and assist clients with technical issues in a fast-paced airport environment. The role covers production support, troubleshooting via phone, email, and web, and coordination with Tier 2. Expect to work standby on 24x7 shifts; exposure to UNIX/Linux, Exchange migrations, and on-site hardware tasks such as TV

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in IT with 2-3 years IT systems support experience.
• Motivated with challenger spirit and leadership encouraged.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-handling skills advantageous.
• Willing to work on 24x7 standby duties and on ladders for mounting TVs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specs; process service requests.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation.
• Provide troubleshooting via phone, web tools, and email.
• Advise customers on product usage and resolve user issues.
• Act as liaison between customers and Tier 2 support.
• Handle mailbox migrations between Exchange systems for customers.
• Perform health checks and monitor system availability.
• Provide operational support to system infrastructures.

Immediate 1 Year project assignment renewable for Singaporeans to join asSystems Executive atChangi Airport work location for our project.

• Open to IT graduates with exposure on UNIX/LINUX server, comfortable working on ladders, able to carry non-commercial TVs for mounting and dismounting, and interested in working in an airport environment.

Remuneration : Attractive Basic Salary + OT Pay + Completion Bonus + Monthly HP Claim50 cap (Under Agency's Payroll)

Mon to Fri office hrs with 24X7 support standby

Overview of job Function:

You are responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

Production Support

• Provide technical support to customer
• Identify and escape priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
• Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues
• Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchangefor customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions
• Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems
• Provide operational support to system infrastructures
  

Job Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in IT Qualifications + 2 -3 yrs of IT Systems support work experience
2. Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
3. Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skillswould be advantageous.
4. Proactive and responsive on all assigned tasks and incidents and follow up
5. Able to work on ladder & carry non-commercial TVs (for mounting & unmounting)
