Responsibilities

• Support mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as required.

Immediate 1 Year project assignment renewable for Singaporeans to join asIT Systems Executive X 3atChangi Airport work location for our project expansion.

• Open to Diploma in IT graduates with no prior work experience who are eager to learn on the job, comfortable working on ladders, able to carry non-commercial TVs for mounting and dismounting, and interested in working in an airport environment.
• Ideal Candidate should possess 2-3yrs in IT systems support role,Trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/LINUX, VM and ITILto apply this role.

• Prior experience on incident handling and troubleshooting IT systems in a time-critical environment.

Remuneration : up to S$3800 Basic Salary + OT Pay +Completion Bonus + Monthly HP Claim50 cap (Under Agency's Payroll)
Office Work Hours with 24X7 Support standby

Overview of job Function:

You are responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

Production Support

• -Provide technical support to customer
• - Identify and escape priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• - Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation
• -Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
• - Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues
• -Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2support regarding problem escalation
• - Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
• - Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchangefor customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions
• - Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems
• - Provide operational support to system infrastructures

Job Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in IT Qualifications + 2 -3 yrs of IT Systems support work experience
2. Open toLocal Diploma in IT graduatewithout work experience but positive & willing to learn.
3. Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
4. Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skillswould be advantageous.
5. Proactive and responsive on all assigned tasks and incidents and follow up
6. Able to work on ladder & carry non-commercial TVs (for mounting & unmounting)
7. Able to be on 24 x 7 standby duties
