Job summary

Bok Seng Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant IT Manager in Singapore to lead IT operations, security, and project delivery. You will balance hands-on system support with strategic planning and vendor coordination to support multiple logistics applications across the business.

The role requires at least 3 years of IT experience, with supervisory exposure, and hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, networking and virtualization.
• Experience managing IT vendors and infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to ERP, logistics systems, WMS or TMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead IT support, coordinate issue resolution and service standards.
• Drive cybersecurity practices and compliance with PDPA requirements.
• Plan IT projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and develop IT staff and foster a service-oriented culture.
