Job summary

Lite-On Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Executive/Senior to manage IT infrastructure, security, and end-user computing across the organisation. You will support HQ and regional stakeholders, drive technology initiatives, and ensure reliable, secure IT services.

The role covers Windows Server, AD, security hardening, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and collaboration with vendors. Strong problem-solving and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and end-user support within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
Experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise network environments.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and business process automation solutions.
Experience managing firewalls, security controls, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Experience working with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
Manage server operations, backup, recovery, patching, and health monitoring.
Perform vulnerability assessments, security remediation and system hardening.
Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, VLANs, ACLs, and network security controls.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and Power Automate workflows.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure project delivery and documentation.
