Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage SAP Business One and other business applications, oversee day-to-day IT operations, and coordinate with external vendors. The role focuses on system maintenance, governance, and user support.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in a regional MNC environment, strong Windows Server/SQL skills, cloud, cybersecurity, and a willingness to work Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, near the MRT.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in MNC/regional environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP.
• Experience with M365, Windows Server, SQL Server, network admin, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Business One and other business applications, including user access, troubleshooting, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and master data maintenance.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cloud solutions, end-user devices, and IT asset management.
• Provide IT helpdesk support, user onboarding, system training, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with external IT vendors on IT projects, cybersecurity, system maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, ensuring timely resolution of issues and smooth implementation of IT initiatives.
• Assist in IT budgeting, software licensing, procurement, and any other IT-related duties assigned.
