Job summary

PAUL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Projects & Support Specialist to manage IT initiatives including events and promotions, ensure timely delivery of technology products and services, and oversee system enhancements.

You will coordinate with external vendors, support hardware and software installations, maintain stock of IT equipment, and work with IT HQ to implement and manage systems, including responding to technical breakdowns and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT initiatives (event, promotion) project scope and timelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services (POS function/price update).
• Oversee new system facilitation and current system enhancements.
• Manage external IT vendors and services relationships.
