Job summary

IOTEQ SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support specialist to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network issues. You will diagnose problems, document resolutions, and escalate where needed. The role requires travel to client sites around Singapore.

The ideal candidate has IT-related education or equivalent practical experience, with English fluency and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Training will be provided for career growth.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
ITE/ Diploma in Engineering or IT preferred but not essential; equivalent practical experience considered.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ or CCNA are a plus but not required.
Experience configuring workflows in JIRA or similar ticketing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, chat, ticketing system, and on-site visits.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Log and manage incidents and service requests in JIRA; escalate to Level 3 when necessary.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
Deploy and maintain Windows and macOS systems and applications; perform routine maintenance and updates.
Administer NAS systems (shared folders, user access, backups).
Support and manage MDM platforms for devices.
Assist with infrastructure deployment projects and new office setups.
Maintain technical documentation and SOPs; provide end-user training.
Travel to client sites across Singapore for hands-on support and project work.
