Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an ICT Operations Support Engineer to join our team.

You will handle day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise systems, ensuring smooth operations and high service levels. The role focuses on managing ICT service requests and incidents within SLAs, administering Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID/AD, and supporting user onboarding/offboarding, endpoint provisioning and asset records.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of relevant IT Operations or Workplace Support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM and incident management.
• Experience in user onboarding/offboarding and access administration.
• Experience in endpoint provisioning and asset management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors/MSPs.
• Familiarity with government ICT processes is preferred.

Responsibilities
