Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Manager to drive IT infrastructure, governance, and digital transformation. You will oversee cloud, data automation, ERP/CRM, and end-user support while leading projects and ensuring service reliability.

The role requires hands-on technical ability with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate, and Power BI, plus vendor management and budget ownership. A degree in CS/IT is expected, with PDPA awareness a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong project management experience with hands-on technical ability in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, cloud platforms, ERP/CRM, virtualization, storage, servers and networking.
• Proven ability to manage IT operations and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
• Experience with automation tools, mobile device management, and endpoint provisioning is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in data governance and privacy (PDPA) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and digital systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity programs, ISO27001 compliance risk assessments and remediation.
• Ensure governance for data and technology, including DRP, BCP, and IT policy docs.
• Maintain WordPress and domain properties across brands and units.
• Manage enterprise automation using Power Automate and Power BI, including troubleshooting.
• Spearhead strategic IT projects such as server refresh and domain migrations.
• Drive system provisioning including Intune and device management.
• Own IT budgeting, vendor evaluation, and procurement.
• Ensure timely delivery of active projects and act as escalation point.
• Provide backup support for the Senior IT Executive and daily operations.
