Job summary
SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to support SAP Business One, enterprise applications, cybersecurity and digitalisation initiatives in Singapore.
You will ensure reliable, secure IT operations aligned with regulatory requirements. You will manage servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions and end-user devices, implement data protection controls, monitor security, and help drive digital transformation with Power BI reporting and automation
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related field; 5+ years IT experience.
- Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support SAP Business One and other business applications to ensure stable system performance and effective business operations.
- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions and end-user devices.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures; monitor security, patch management, IAM, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
- Support PDPA compliance, data protection practices and audit documentation.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery and business continuity testing and improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital technologies, automation and AI initiatives.
- Support development of reports and dashboards using Power BI; improve data quality and insights.
- Coordinate IT projects from planning to implementation with HQ IT teams and vendors.
- Assist with annual IT budget, procurement activities and license administration.
