Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives from planning through closure. You will develop project plans, schedules, milestones, scope and deliverables while coordinating stakeholders, vendors and cross‑functional technical teams.

Responsibilities include tracking progress and governance, managing risks, issues and dependencies, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5-8 years IT experience with 3-5 years project management.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, application or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking and/or security.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMBOK or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling and reporting tools.
• Experience in risk, issue, change and resource management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Experience with budget/financial management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, scope and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper project governance.
• Coordinate resources and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Oversee UAT, training, knowledge transfer and transition to operations.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, processes and documentation requirements.
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams concurrently.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
