Job summary

Kerry Consulting is engaged by a Singapore-based, mid-sized investment firm seeking an IT Manager to lead enterprise technology operations across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity, while supporting AI and modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day IT, manage external vendors, and drive technology strategies across integration, SaaS platforms and data environments to ensure resilience and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in financial services environment preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong vendor management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional certifications and project management credentials advantageous.

Introduction

Our client, a Singapore-based, mid-sized investment firm, is seeking an IT Manager to lead enterprise technology operations across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, while supporting the organization's evolving AI and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

The IT Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations and serve as the primary escalation point for technology-related matters across the business. The role covers infrastructure management, enterprise applications, workplace technology and end-user support, while ensuring stable and secure IT operations. The successful candidate will also drive technology initiatives across application integration, SaaS platforms, and data environments, while managing external vendors. In addition, the role will oversee cybersecurity governance, IT risk management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing to support operational resilience. Other responsibility includes evaluating emerging AI tools and supporting AI adoption initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including managerial responsibilities. Experience within a financial services environment will be highly regarded. You bring hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Fabric, together with a solid understanding of application integrations, APIs, and SaaS platforms. You are an effective communicator who can engage both technical and business stakeholders, with strong vendor management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills. Professional certifications and project management credentials will be advantageous.
