Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level IT Operations Support specialist in Singapore to assist walk-in customers and handle day-to-day IT operations. You will perform PC imaging, software and hardware installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security procedures are followed.

The role includes creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems, participating in team meetings, and supporting IT projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT with minimum 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of IT operations support and infrastructure basics.
• Basic networking and hardware/software understanding.
• Experience with automation and AI related tasks is an advantage.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting walk-in customers, and day-to-day IT operations support.
• Imaging PCs, installing software and hardware; troubleshooting issues; enforcing security procedures.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments.
• Assisting in planning and executing IT projects or activities.
• Conducting research on new technologies and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Able to perform automation and AI related tasks.
