Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to work with project managers and engineers to ensure successful IT project delivery within agreed timelines and scope. The role covers system setup, infrastructure deployment, database management, network configuration and technical troubleshooting.

You will support data backup, data migration, security measures and documentation, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to satisfy tender requirements and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• Experience in IT management system deployment or related IT project implementation.
• Proficient in database management, networking, Windows OS and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of data security and personal data protection.
• Ability to prepare clear and professional technical documentation.
• Experience in tender requirements analysis and support for submissions.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery and fulfilment of contract requirements.
• Manage project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Perform system setup, database setup and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot technical, system and design-related issues.
• Support IT infrastructure including Windows operating systems and servers.
• Configure network devices and perform connectivity troubleshooting.
• Set up database clusters and support data backup and recovery.
• Assist data migration, integration and monitoring activities.
• Implement data security measures and prepare technical documentation.
• Support system deployment, testing and production environments.
