• Monitor system performance, user feedback, and operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement IT processes, policies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure IT operations and projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, Technical Manager, or similar role
• Strong experience in IT operations, software systems, and project management
• Experience leading technical teams and working closely with sales or business teams
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, system implementation, and IT operations
• Experience in IT costing, budgeting, and resource planning
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business and commercial awareness
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from planning to completion
• Hands-on and results-oriented with strong team management capabilities
