Job summary

SEAMETRYSTUDIO PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned IT leader to steer the development and governance of IT policies and daily operations.

You will work cross-functionally to deliver technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive IT projects with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and strong ethics. With 5–8 years of broad technical experience and management expertise, you will guide teams, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and uphold high standards of IT governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of broad technical experience with strong management expertise.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CISA, PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead strategic IT policies and procedures for daily IT operations.
• Communicate with departments to align IT initiatives with goals.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and explain IT concepts to non-technical staff.
• Plan and execute IT projects on schedule and report progress to management.
• Provide technical support and maintain OS, networks, and IT security measures.
• Stay updated with emerging tech trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Work independently and resolve IT issues in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrate initiative and teamwork to foster innovation and operational excellence.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead strategic IT policies and procedures to ensure effective management of daily IT operations
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with various departments to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems to deliver optimal solutions and explain complex IT concepts to non-technical personnel
• Plan, organize, and execute IT projects on schedule while monitoring progress and reporting updates to management
• Provide technical support and maintain proficiency in operating systems, networks, and IT security measures
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and design tools to drive continuous improvement
• Work independently and manage ambiguity by quickly identifying and resolving IT issues
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a creative mindset to foster innovation and operational excellence
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding strong business ethics and integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of broad technical experience combined with strong management expertise
• Technical certifications or proficiencies as added advantages, including:
