Job summary

GRD VISA PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT leader to head the IT Team and drive performance, training, and client relations within our Singapore operations.

The role involves recruiting overseas IT professionals, expanding local partnerships with hotels, traveling abroad for candidate sourcing, and designing and maintaining software that connects the operations and admin teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.

• Lead the IT team and conduct regular performance reviews of all team managers.
• Conduct regular training of the entire IT staff.
• Maintain strong relations with clients.
• Review and improve SOPs as needed.
• Recruit suitable candidates from overseas and verify related experience.
• Promote the business to local hotels to expand operations.
• Travel overseas to recruit IT candidates and promote business.
• Design software to support internal operations connecting operations and admin teams.
• Maintain the software.
• Resolve any problems encountered.
