Job summary

PROFESSI360 PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support specialist to provide advanced technical support to our enterprise customers. The role involves offsite deployment, a five-day workweek, and potential leadership of a team for outstanding performers.

You will manage device provisioning, imaging, Intune administration, O365 support, and basic network troubleshooting in Windows and macOS environments, while delivering high-quality service under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in macOS and Intune (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Intune for Apple/Windows device management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, BitLocker, and imaging tools.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing components.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365 administration.
• Understanding of network fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot BitLocker/FileVault encryption issues and BSOD diagnostics.
• Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Handle O365 support, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (switches, wired/wireless).
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and manage tickets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows 11 , macOS , and Apple devices [ipad/iphone].
• Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for both Windows and Mac environments.
• Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
• BitLocker / Filevault encryption issues
• BSOD/crash diagnostics
• Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Handle O365 support , including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting , including switches, wired/wireless connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work within a ticketing system to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
