Job summary

• OS imaging and cloning of desktops/laptops using imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, Intune)
• Prepare and configure devices per company standards
• Hardware setup, installation and deployment for end users
• Tech refresh projects including new device rollout and old device collection
• Onsite and remote Level 1/Level 2 desktop support; troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications
• Handle user queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain IT asset records and track device issuance/returns
• Coordinate device sanitization and re-imaging processes
• Support IT rollout projects, migrations, and system upgrades

Job description

1. Device Imaging & Deployment

• Perform OS imaging and cloning of desktops/laptops using standard imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, Intune, or equivalent).
• Prepare and configure devices according to company standards.
• Conduct hardware setup, installation, and deployment for end users.
• Execute tech refresh projects, including new device rollout and old device collection.

2. Data Migration

• Perform user profile backup and data migration (local and network).
• Ensure integrity and completeness of migrated data.
• Troubleshoot migration-related issues.
• Support email, application, and profile restoration.

3. End-User Support

• Provide onsite and remote Level 1/Level 2 desktop support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications.
• Handle user queries in a professional and timely manner.

4. Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Track device issuance and returns.
• Coordinate device sanitization and re-imaging processes.

5. Project Support

• Support IT rollout projects, migrations, and system upgrades.
• Follow project timelines and deployment schedules.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
