Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for an IT/Desktop Support role in Singapore to deliver Remote Desktop Support and handle end user requests. You will document incidents, escalate when needed, and perform imaging/re-imaging and asset inventories.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IT/Desktop Support experience, solid knowledge of Windows and Office, and hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, including Intune.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience in imaging/re-imaging and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Desktop Support to users and resolve end user requests.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and escalate incidents to meet SLA expectations.
• Escalate to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups when needed.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging and maintain asset inventories.

• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)
• Perform imaging/re-imaging
• Perform asset inventories
• Updates Incident records
