Job summary

TOD’S SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED is offering a logistics internship in Singapore to support daily import/export operations, shipment reporting in SAP, data entry, and process automation initiatives.

The role requires familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, and AI automation tools, plus strong communication in English and Mandarin, with 12-month commitment preferred. Ideal candidates are studying or experienced in logistics/forwarding, with immediate availability highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI to build reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools (Power Automate, ChatGPT/Copilot, or Python scripting) to help streamline processes — an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Studying or experienced in logistics or a forwarding-related field.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily operations and ensure the smooth process of import, export and on-time delivery.
• Daily update shipment reports and SAP system
• Perform data entry
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Assist with billing verification and payment
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and help automate them to improve process efficiency
