Job summary

Cyrus Technology (S) PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive student or recent graduate to support our logistics and administrative functions in Singapore.

You will handle data entry, filing, and prepare shipping documents while contributing to timely reporting and documentation control. As part of the logistics team, you will coordinate with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure smooth shipments, answer inquiries, monitor status, and help maintain organised records.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Nitec/Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing and maintaining and preparing and process shipping documents
• Prepare and submit sales reports and other related documentation
• Maintain and file shipping and logistics documentation in an organised and accessible manner
• Coordinate with internal team and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods
• Manage logistics-related inquiries and ensure smooth communication between internal and external parties
• Monitor shipment status
• Perform other duties as assigned by Fulfillment HOD
• Build strong teamwork and communication across internal departments and external parties
