Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• At least three to five years of relevant IT operations, infrastructure, or digital transformation experience.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating a small team and leading IT projects.
• Familiarity with cloud services, business applications, system integrations, automation and data-reporting tools.
• Relevant IT service management or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily IT operations across MTFA premises and service units.
• Monitor performance and availability of networks, servers, cloud services and end-user devices.
• Coordinate maintenance, backups and server lifecycle management to minimise downtime.
• Lead digital transformation projects and implement organisational systems and automation tools.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection and business continuity measures are in place and effective.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, prepare procurement requirements and monitor service levels.
• Provide IT support, training and user adoption activities across departments.
• Supervise and develop IT team members and manage project delivery.
