The role reports to the Managing Director and oversees IT operations, external vendors, and AI initiatives to drive efficiency and improved client outcomes. Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead IT governance, infrastructure, and data security across the organisation.
Oversee outsourced IT providers and technology vendors.
Develop IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure availability, security, and integrity of systems and data.
Govern data retention, email archiving, SharePoint lifecycle, and access controls.
Identify technology risks and implement mitigations.
Ensure regulatory and cybersecurity compliance.
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Evaluate vendor performance and service delivery.
