Job summary

Tembusu Institute Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Officer to support the IT Manager in delivering IT transformation and digitalisation initiatives across the institution. The role focuses on system implementation, process automation, data management and operational improvement to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

You will also provide operational support to the Student Services team, ensuring smooth student-facing operations while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, BIS, or related field.
• 2–4 years IT support, business systems, digitalisation, process improvement or application support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps, Excel, Forms, SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of CRM, LMS, student enrolment or student management systems.
• Ability to support system testing, data validation, reporting and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and hands-on execution.
• Good project coordination, organisation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and implementation of IT transformation and digitalisation projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, testing, documentation and follow-up actions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), identify issues and track resolution to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the IT Manager on deliverables, risks and outstanding actions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual, repetitive and paper-based processes across departments.
• Develop and maintain digital forms, workflow automations, templates and reporting tools using suitable platforms.
• Support the integration and optimisation of business systems to improve data accuracy, workflow efficiency and information accessibility.
• Document existing and improved workflows, SOPs and user guides to support consistent adoption.
• Support the administration, configuration and enhancement of institutional systems, including enrolment systems, CRM, LMS and other business applications.
• Assist with system troubleshooting, user access, data maintenance and issue resolution, escalating complex matters to the IT Manager or relevant vendors.
