Job summary

Muslim Converts’ Association of Singapore (MCAS) is seeking an Assistant Manager – IT to lead our IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity and guide digital transformation. You will manage infrastructure, cloud systems and vendor relationships while driving technology projects that improve service delivery and resilience.

The role requires 6–8 years of IT experience, a solid foundation in IT governance, risk management and business continuity planning, plus strong leadership and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS or related field is required.
• 6–8 years of IT experience, preferably overseeing IT operations and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, access management, backup & disaster recovery.
• Experience in IT project management, vendor/contract management, procurement and tech service delivery.
• Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, policy development, SOPs and business continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security and availability of IT infrastructure and systems; resolve incidents and identify risks.
• Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud systems and cybersecurity.
• Lead technology projects and digital initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage IT vendors, monitor SLAs, review service quality and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain IT risk registers and coordinate disaster recovery testing; report IT performance to management.
• Develop MCAS’s IT & Digital roadmap and manage approved budgets for cost-effective tech usage.
