Job summary

Singapore International Chamber of Commerce is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the Chamber's technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery. This role drives automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years IT experience across infrastructure, systems admin, cybersecurity, and vendor management.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune and Entra ID.
WordPress maintenance, updates, performance optimization, and security.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT security policies, governance, and compliance.
Manage business applications, enterprise platforms, data backup, and system availability.
Administer IT assets, user accounts, and vendor coordination.
Develop IT strategies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Administer website and coordinate with external developers/hosters to ensure uptime and security.
