You will design, implement, monitor and support servers, storage, networks and security controls; collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders; drive resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and continuous improvement across regional IT projects; and maintain accurate documentation and compliant

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
Experience in IT infrastructure environments with deployment or upgrade projects.
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and backups.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
Manage and support physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and connectivity issues.
Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage third‑party IT service providers to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
Maintain infrastructure security through patch management, access controls, and compliance with IT and data protection policies.
Work closely with vendors and service providers on infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and support activities.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity activities.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for escalated infrastructure‑related incidents.
Support infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational effectiveness.
