Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an IT professional in Singapore to manage, develop and support our technology infrastructure that powers global systems and operations. You will provide end-user support and contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring policy compliance and asset documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT teams, onboarding/offboarding duties, and participation in system rollouts. Strong English communication and IT security knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT end-user support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
• Proficient with endpoint management tools (Intune, Kaseya, RMM/MDM/EMM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile OS environments.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance standards.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 & Active Directory.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to work in a team, with good listening and negotiation skills.
• Structured, methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain OS, software, and hardware per standards.
• Manage endpoint devices with RMM/MDM/EMM tools.
• Ensure IT policy and security compliance across endpoints.
• Document support requests, resolutions and asset inventory.
• Collaborate with IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning.
• Participate in IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades and rollouts.
