Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to plan, implement, and support system and network environments in Singapore. The role involves hands-on administration of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and ensuring SLAs are met for operational services.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, be proactive and analytical, and capable of working independently or with teams in a dynamic setting. North/Central Singapore location preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS.
• Hands-on virtualization and hypervisor experience.
• Familiarity with VPNs, firewall appliances, switches, and routers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical project aspects.
• Lead or contribute to new system and network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
• Support operational systems according to SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage operational activities.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
