Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and operate a secure, high-performing IT backbone that supports critical business operations and aligns with global standards. You will manage servers, storage, networks, and security, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and contribute to disaster recovery and system upgrades.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience in IT infrastructure environments with involvement in infrastructure implementation or upgrade projects.
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and backup technologies.
CCNA or equivalent networking certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
Manage physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and connectivity issues.
Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage third-party IT service providers to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
Maintain infrastructure security through patch management, access controls, and compliance with IT and data protection policies.
Work closely with vendors and service providers on infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and support activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity activities.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for escalated infrastructure-related incidents.
Support infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational effectiveness.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
