Job summary

TWG Tea Company is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee all IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud environments, for its Singapore headquarters. You will build and manage a capable team, govern IT budgets, and drive cybersecurity and ERP/CRM/eCommerce initiatives across stores and offices.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Computer Science with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 in management, plus hands-on expertise in Hyper-V, Azure/AWS, M365, and BI/ERP

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in management.
• Hands-on experience in Hyper-V virtualization and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with network infrastructure, server room/farm administration, and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure team across on-premise and cloud environments, store-front and back-office IT, CCTV, biometrics, IT asset management, cybersecurity.
• Ensure zero downtime for critical applications and server room operations.
• Lead and manage IT professionals, vendors, and outsourced resources; collaborate with regional teams and group management.
