Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Singapore to implement, maintain, and manage complex IT environments.

The role involves operating system and network administration, storage and backup management, and contributing to system design and integration efforts. You will provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis, resolve production issues to minimize downtime, and create and maintain technical documentation for planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder (Open for Fresh Graduates)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networking
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to continuously upgrade skillsets

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, storage, and backup systems.
• Collaborate with system development teams on system design, implementation, integration, and testing
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis, including executing corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize system downtime
• Develop and maintain technical and program documentation to support effective planning and execution
• Liaise with customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
